1. Booking and Deposit
1.1 Guests booking with SolasnaGréine(“the Company”) are required to pay the total booking amount at the time of reservation.
2. Booking Cancellation
2.1 Guests who wish to cancel their booking must notify the number provided on the website as soon as possible, or fill in the form.
2.2 The following cancellation charges will apply:
a) If a cancellation is made 7 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, the Company will refund the deposit in full, minus any transaction fees incurred during the refund process.
b) If a cancellation is made within 6 days or less of the scheduled arrival date, the Company reserves the right to retain the full amount, except in cases where the Company can rebook the property for the same period at the same rate.
In such cases, the Company will refund the amount paid, minus any transaction fees incurred during the refund process.
3. Booking Amendments
3.1 Changes to the booking dates or property are subject to availability and at the discretion of the Company.

4. Travel Insurance
4.1 The Company strongly recommends that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may result in the cancellation or interruption of their stay.
5. Refunds and Compensation
5.1 In the event that the Company is unable to provide the booked accommodation due to circumstances within its control, the Company will either provide alternative accommodation of a similar standard or offer a full refund of all amounts paid.
5.2 The Company shall not be liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred by the guest as a result of changes or cancellations beyond its control.
6. Disputes
6.1 Any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of this cancellation policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland, UK.
