Jim was beyond brilliant! He was the best host out there he literally could not have been more helpful. From the moment we arrived, he checked on us regularly and was always available, answering any questions straight away.

He kindly let us check in early and check out late at no extra cost, which made a huge difference to our trip. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. From the shower and kitchen facilities to all the little details that make a stay comfortable, everything was perfect.

The location was amazing, with restaurants, supermarkets, bars, and not one but two beautiful beaches all within walking distance. The pool was absolutely fantastic and one of the highlights of our stay.

This was one of the most affordable places we have ever stayed, yet it felt like a luxury experience. It was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed it so much that we've already booked again for next July!

We had a fantastic stay in this top class, home from home villa. Everything you need for a great family holiday is packed into this three storey villa. Beautiful tiled garden area with ample seating and tables for relaxing and dinning outside. The roof terrace provides wonderful views of surrounding areas and of pool. Seating and clothes line also available on roof for drying clothes.
Comfortable double bed, bunk beds and single on middle floor with pull out sofa beds available in living room area on ground floor.
All modern kitchen complete with American fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and cooker. Everything you need to make meals and store food. Excellent new bathroom upstairs with large shower. Shower and toilet also available on ground floor which was great for the kids.
The villa could not be faulted. New air conditioning units in living area and the two bedrooms meant that it was a very comfortable stay in the warm weather.

We really enjoyed our stay and having the communal pool area which is seconds away from the door was an added bonus. We availed of the large pool every day. It was well maintained and had lovely surroundings see photos.
We were withing walking distance to the strip and local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. I have to say that the quality of food was excellent in the restaurants we dined in. Great value for money and tge drinks in the bars were equally fairly priced in comparison to other locations we have been in the past.
We particularly enjoyed McCaffertys and O'Riordans for drinks and music and our favourite restaurants were triple B's for smash burgers, fries and onion rings highly recommended. Another favourite was Asion fusion, top quality and again very reasonable on price.
The beach was definitely worth a visit as was the board walk that runs along the coastline providing excellent views and photo opportunities.
LaZenia is within walking distance and has great restaurants and bars. We particularly enjoyed the shopping centre boulevard. Top floor dedicated to restaurants with loads of shops to look around. Added bonus of the water fountains which kids really enjoyed running through in the hot evening whike parents could watch them over a nice coffee or ice cream.
Plenty to do in the area, aqua polo water park, rio safari, fun fair and monster truck shows.
Local stalls in Cobo Roig are on every evening and you can try your hand at a bargain or two.
We had a fantastic time in Casa Don Paul, Solas Na Greine. The villa is of exceptional standard complete with large tv with hundreds of channels and also the option of entering your own netflix. WiFi was also very good great connection.
We would recommend to anyone looking to have a chilled family holiday experience.  Everything you need is available and the host is an absolute gentleman who was on hand to answer any questions we had regarding the villa and providing great local knowledge of things to do, directions and anything else we needed. He was only a txt or call away and was more than helpful.
This villa is fantastic value for money for a family and has room for a rented car if you choose to drive. I could not complain about anything regarding our stay. We shall return. Thank you.

Spotless 3 storey property, spacious comfortable and exactly what we needed for a big family trip. The bathroom was clearly brand new and the shower is huge. We had enough beds to sleep 5 people on the second floor and then a big pull ourmt sofa bed downstairs. Brand new big Americam style fridge, gorgeous tiled terrace and 2 seating areas outside big enough for us all to sit at and then a 6 seater table in the shade for eating during hot periods. As soon as you come put of the gate, we turned left and into the gate of the pool, which was gorgeous and surrounded by grass and trees, beautiful to sit at. So quiet and clean. We spent hours there each day. The strip is nearby, Asian fusion restaurant is gorgeous. Lidl is also a short trip away. We visited McCaffertys bar, ORiordans and also Yolos restaurant. La Zenia beach is about a 10 min walk, absolutely gorgeous, big cliffs, pedalos with a water slide rentals for $25 that takes 5/6 people. We loved the whole trip. La Zenia boulevard was unreal for shopping, water fountains the kids played in, surrounded by shops and cafes, its an open air shopping centre so is still quite sunny. The children played in the water whilst we sat and had coffee/ ice cream/ drinks on various days. We also ate and shopped, they have soft play, massive slides and play areas. It was probably the best thing we've visited in years, so much to do. Costa taxis are worth making an account for, it takes two mins and the taxis come straight to the door using the site with your preloaded details. Not overly expensive either.

Gorgeous and spacious house, definitely a home from home. Fully kitted out kitchen is great for cooking and a lovely outside eating area. Plenty of space and privacy outside for the kids and a beautiful roof terrace for when some quiet time is needed. A literal stone throw from the pool which is perfect for adults and children. Five minutes walk to the strip with loads of choices of restaurant’s, bars, cafes and shops! Also very close to the local beaches. Couldn’t fault the villa at all.
