Cancellation Policy

This is the cancellation policy of SolasnaGréine(“us”, “we”, etc).

1. Booking and Deposit

1.1 Guests booking with SolasnaGréine(“the Company”) are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount at the time of reservation.

1.2 The remaining balance for the booking will be due closer to the holiday booking, as communicated by the Company.

2. Booking Cancellation

2.1 Guests who wish to cancel their bookingmust notify SolasnaGréine(“the Company”) in writing as soon as possible.

2.2 The following cancellation charges will apply:

a) If a cancellation is made63days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date, the Company will refund the deposit in full, minus any transaction fees incurred during the refund process.

b) If a cancellation is made within 62 days of the scheduled arrival date, the Company reserves the right to retain the full deposit amount.
c) If a cancellation is made after the balance payment has been taken, the Company reserves the right to retain the full amount paid, except in cases where the Company is able to rebook the property for the same period at the same rate. In such cases, the Company will refund the amount paid, minus any transaction fees incurred during the refund process.

3. Booking Amendments

3.1 Changes to the booking dates or property are subject to availability and at the discretion of the Company.
Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the amendment.

4. Force Majeure

4.1 The Company shall not be liable for any changes, cancellations, or loss of enjoyment caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, or any other unforeseen circumstances that render the property uninhabitable or inaccessible.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1 The Company strongly recommends that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may result in the cancellation or interruption of their stay.

6. Refunds and Compensation

6.1 In the event that the Company is unable to provide the booked accommodation due to circumstances within its control, the Company will either provide alternative accommodation of a similar standard or offer a full refund of all amounts paid.

6.2 The Company shall not be liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred by the guest as a result of changes or cancellations beyond its control.

7. Disputes

7.1 Any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of this cancellation policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland, UK.
